Our machines can accomodate materials ranging from .002" to 8" thick, with tolerances of +/- .005". Different materials have different cutting characteristics, so call for details that may apply for your project.
We can handle raw stock up to 80"x 160"
Our software is ready to receive your DXF, DWG, IGES, and Solidworks files directly. Call for details if you're using files other than these.
Yes, because of our engineering background and our experience with water-jet machining, it can pay to talk with us in the earliest stages of your project's development. Call for information about our design capabilities.
No, we'll run single pieces or production runs of any number of pieces. We're determined to earn your business with not only superior quality, but with excellent service, as well.
Some of our pictures here on our website show the cutting tool exposed for clarity. When cutting though, the tool is fully submerged beneath the surface of water, allowing materials like glass and plastic to be cut without the effects of heat.
All of our machines feature state-of-the-art taper control technology. Call for details and to discuss this or any of your project's tolerance requirements
